This year’s Black Beauty Expo unites entrepreneurs, creatives, and community leaders to explore how we build, heal, protect, and prosper — together. This is our 10th anniversary celebration!

Speaker Responsibilities

  • Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time for sound check and coordination
  • Promote the event on your social media platforms at least 3 times before March 14th (we’ll provide graphics and copy)
  • Engage authentically with attendees and other speakers to create a welcoming, collaborative environment
  • Stay on time and topic to ensure a smooth event flow for all attendees

  • Parking: Free parking available at venue
  • Check-In: Speaker check-in opens at 10:00 AM
  • Green Room: Dedicated speaker area for refreshments and preparation
  • AV Equipment: Professional sound system, microphones, and projection available
  • Dress Code: Business casual to business professional; express your personal style!
