My Investment

This year’s event will be held at the 850 Event Center 2148 Delano Pensacola, FL 32503. The Vendor spots are an affordable fee of $125, and you will receive 2 Vendor Passes, 1 table with a black tablecloth, two chairs with black chair covers, a Discounted Banner and Print Materials, a Free Brand Builders Membership, a Radio Interview, a Full-Color Business Listing in our print & digital program booklet.

In addition, Real Women Radio encourages community education and involvement, so a gift will be given to attendees who visit all vendor booths. The Black Beauty Marketplace offers local businesses and organizations the opportunity to display their products and services and to meet new and potential customers in the community.

Vendor Rules and Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and successful event, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Setup and Breakdown:
    • Vendors must arrive at their designated time for setup between 8:30  am and 9:15 am.
    • All booths must be fully set up by 9:30 a.m. on day of the event
    • Breakdown is only allowed after the event has officially ended.
  1. Booth Design and Space:
    • We will provide a table, 2 chairs, and a black tablecloth. 
    • Vendors are responsible for providing decorations and setup materials unless otherwise specified.
    • Booths must remain within the assigned dimensions and not block aisles or neighboring spaces.
  2. Conduct:
    • Professionalism is expected at all times.
    • No inappropriate or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
  3. Sales and Displays:
    • Vendors are responsible for handling their transactions, including providing change and processing payments.
    • All displays and products must align with the mission and values of the Black Beauty Expo.
  4. Clean-Up:
    • Vendors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their booth space throughout the event.
    • Please ensure all trash and materials are removed at the end of the event.
