This year’s event will be held at the Santa Rosa Mall located at 300 Mary Ester Blvd, Mary Ester, FL, and will be the first of its kind in Fort Walton Beach. The Vendor spots are an affordable fee of $99, and you will receive; 2 Vendor Passes 1 table with a black tablecloth, two chairs with black chair covers, Discounted Banner and Print Materials, Free Brand Builders Membership, Radio Interview, Full-Color Business Listing in our print & digital program booklet, Free Listing in The Gulf Coast Noir Experience Guide and Free Attendance at our Vendor Workshop. In addition, real Women Radio encourages community education and involvement, so a gift will be given to attendees who visit all vendor booths. The Black Beauty Marketplace offers local businesses and organizations the opportunity to display their products and services and to meet new and potential customers in the community.
When is setup/breakdown time?
Set Up Time is 9am-10:30am and Break Down Time is 3pm-4pm. If you show up at 10:30 am or later you will NOT be allowed to set up.

What is the deadline to purchase a vendor table?
March 1, 2023 5pm central is the last day that you can purchase a vendor table and be published in the digital BBE Program. This program will be available via printed copies and digital copies to be distributed to attendees.
February 15, 2023 is the deadline to participate with full payment and with no listed in the printed program .
