Our Resource Rooms are designed to support community building, entrepreneurship, education, and collaboration. Whether you’re hosting a workshop, strategy session, small class, or community meeting, we have a space for you.
Rental Pricing Paid Events
If you are charging attendees or generating revenue from your event:
$25 per hour. (2-hour minimum)
Includes:
Tables & chairs
Standard room setup
Basic cleaning after use
WiFi access
Renter assumes responsibility for damages
Setup/Breakdown must be completed within the reserved time
Events must end on time
A security deposit may be required for larger events
Workforce development trainings
Civic engagement sessions
Educational workshops
Youth programs
Entrepreneur meetups
Book clubs & community forums
Brand Builders work sessions
1.Complete the Room Request Form
2.Approval confirmation will be sent within 48 hours
3.The payment link (if applicable) will be provided
4.Confirmation secures your date
Community Use Policy (Non-Revenue Events)
We are committed to serving the community. If you are not charging for your event, you may qualify for complimentary or reduced-cost use under the following guidelines:
Eligibility Requirements:
Event must be open to the community OR serve a clear educational, civic, nonprofit, or workforce purpose.
No product selling, ticket sales, or hidden monetization.
No entry fee or required donations.
Usage Limits (To Prevent Misuse). To ensure fair access:
Daily Cap:
Maximum 3 hours per day
Monthly Cap:
Maximum 6 total hours per organization/person
Annual Cap:
Maximum 24 total hours per organization/person
If usage exceeds these limits, standard rental rates apply.
