Vendor Rules & Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and successful event, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Setup and Breakdown:
  • Vendors must arrive at their designated setup time between 9:30 AM and 10:45 AM.
  • All booths must be fully set up by 10:45 AM on day of the event.
  • Breakdown is only allowed after the event has officially ended.
  1. Booth Design and Space:
  • We will provide a table, 2 chairs, and a black tablecloth.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing decorations and setup materials unless otherwise specified.
  • Booths must remain within the assigned dimensions and not block aisles or neighboring spaces.
  1. Conduct:
  • Professionalism is expected at all times.
  • No inappropriate or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
  1. Sales and Displays:
  • Vendors are responsible for handling their transactions, including providing change and processing payments.
  • All displays and products must align with the mission and values of the Black Beauty Expo.
  1. Clean-Up:
  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their booth space throughout the event.
  • Please ensure all trash and materials are removed at the end of the event.

Important Dates

Registration Deadline: March 7, 2026 (or when all 15 spaces are filled)

Vendor Confirmation: You’ll receive confirmation within 48 hours of registration

Set-Up Day: March 14, 2026 (10:00 AM – 10:45 AM)  WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANYONE NOT SET UP BY 10:45

Event Day: March 14, 2026 (11:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
