An Ft. Walton Bch, FL native, Quanda Pace began her journey in the Entertainment industry 15 years ago! In 2007 she co-founded Pretty Unique Parties, known for its off-the-wall productions.
In 2011 she became known as Q’Lala, an Event Production Powerhouse & founded Q’Lala Productions, LLC. emerging as one of the top Event Producers and Promoters in the area. Also In 2011 She also became a Radio Personality and co-producer on Wair Radio’s #1 rated show, Roundtable Radio. In 2016 she became the host and producer of Doin’ Tha Mos with Q’Lala on Real Women Radio now known as RWR Live 365. Her loyal listeners are drawn in by her energetic, playful, and comedic charm. Her ambition is unstoppable, and in 2018 she co-founded Real Women Radio Foundation, a Non-Profit Organization in Northwest Florida. She has excelled in the role as V.P. of Programs, and through this role, she serves her community; through civic engagement, helping to register over 15,000 people of color in Northwest Florida to date, the 8th annual Doing The Most Back To School Drive, Workforce Development and Black, a Community Cafe & Bookstore.
In 2020 she became a co-owner of RWR Live 365(Real Women Radio), a content distribution platform with listeners and viewers worldwide. Quanda has not shown signs of slowing down yet; in 2021, after being a liaison and advocate for at-risk youth for 20 years, she retired from Goodwill of the Gulf Coast and became the CEO of RWR Live 365. This powerful go-getter has a vision larger than life, she vows to Do Tha Mos until she can’t DO it anymore!
